Leadership Lessons from the Good Samaritan

Leadership Lessons from the Good Samaritan

Desert Road

In this video blog by Lead Like Jesus Master Trainer Luke Kuepfer, we are reminded of five important leadership lessons from Jesus' parable of the Good Samaritan.

In order to lead like Jesus, we must remember that:

  1. In leadership, knowledge is not enough.
  2. Leadership begins in the heart.
  3. Leadership is about taking time to influence everyone we meet.
  4. Leadership may involve risks or costs.
  5. Leadership flows from a heart of generous compassion.
