Isaiah proclaimed a message of encouragement and hope for Israel, pointing them to the confidence and courage they could have in God. The Lord remains the same today, the sure hope of His people, a foundation that we can depend upon during our most challenging times. Do you need wisdom today? Do you need His intervention? He will not, He cannot, fail you.
The Lord is exalted, for he dwells on high; he will fill Zion with his justice and righteousness. He will be the sure foundation for your times, a rich store of salvation and wisdom and knowledge; the fear of the Lord is the key to this treasure.—Isaiah 33:5, 6
Prayer: Lord God, our rich store of salvation and wisdom and knowledge, we turn to You in reverence. We exalt You for who You are. We acknowledge that Your ways are best. Our trust is in You. May You be exalted in our lives as You were in the life of Jesus, in whose name we pray, amen.
