Reflection provides an opportunity for you as a leader to evaluate your heart, and to altar your ego, and to humbly and confidently realign yourself with God’s perspective and purpose. Prayer: Lord, thank You for helping me slow down and reflect on the condition of my heart. In the midst of leading others, it can be easy to start to think that it all depends on me, to forget that You are the One at work in and through me. May You receive the glory today as I refocus on You. In the name of Jesus, who reflected You in all He said and did, I pray, Amen.
