Knowledge is the first step toward change. Learning what Scripture teaches about leadership in order to gain an understanding of His leadership point-of-view is the place to start. As we humbly consider how we live out Jesus’ servant leader mandate, He can show us where we need to realign ourselves with His way of thinking and leading. What leadership challenges do you face today? What new knowledge or fresh insight do you need Him to give you?

Prayer: Lord, I need Your insight first into my own life and leadership. Then I need Your insight into the leadership challenges in front of me. Help me discern how to apply what you are teaching me, so that I can align with what You are doing in the lives of others. I ask this in Jesus’ name, Amen.
