What benefits do you have from your relationship with Christ? A relationship with Jesus fulfills the deepest needs of our souls, the need for encouragement, comfort, identity, intimacy, acceptance, compassion and understanding. When we invite Jesus to satisfy our innermost needs, we are free to love others as He did. How is His unconditional love transforming your relationships?
Therefore if you have any encouragement from being united with Christ, if any comfort from his love, if any common sharing in the Spirit, if any tenderness and compassion, then make my joy complete by being like-minded, having the same love, being one in spirit and of one mind.—Philippians 2:1-2
Prayer: Jesus, thank You for your unconditional love for me. Thank You for meeting the deepest needs of my soul. Thank You for accepting me, believing in me, and encouraging me.
