God’s call to lead gives us the opportunity to witness to Him. He may have assigned us life responsibilities like caring for a spouse or raising children. He has breathed life into us as part of His body; He may have called us to specific roles of leadership within His church. He has entrusted us with various levels of responsibility in our places of employment, schools, governments, or communities. Wherever He has placed us, we have the choice and opportunity to exalt Him through our lives and leadership. Where has He placed you? May others catch a glimpse of God through you today.
Not to us, Lord, not to us but to your name be the glory, because of your love and faithfulness.—Psalm 115:1
Prayer: Our God and Father, Your love and faithfulness are eternal. Fill us with Your Spirit, so that we increasingly live, love, and lead like Jesus, exalting You alone through our lives and leadership. Receive the glory You are due, we pray in Jesus’ name, amen.
