What inspires you? What stirs your heart and will to new levels of commitment and action? Leading like Jesus means that our leadership is not the rote implementation of leadership philosophy and methodology. Leading like Jesus means that we have been gripped by God’s grace, caught up in His purposes, and are being shaped by Him as servant leaders. We are being transformed by His Spirit to increasingly reflect Jesus to those around us.
And we all, who with unveiled faces contemplate the Lord’s glory, are being transformed into his image with ever-increasing glory, which comes from the Lord, who is the Spirit. 2 Corinthians 3:18
Prayer: Lord, I am grateful that I can contemplate Your glory and be inspired to keep going in my journey as a servant leader. Thank You for transforming me from the inside out. May Your grace, Your love, and Your purposes propel me forward. In Jesus’ name I pray, amen.
