Our position and relationships within the body of Christ are based upon who we are in Jesus. Worldly distinctions no longer define us; we are redefined as children of God, being transformed into Christ’s image through His Spirit within us. How will your identity in Christ shape you today?
So in Christ Jesus you are all children of God through faith, for all of you who were baptized into Christ have clothed yourselves with Christ. There is neither Jew nor Gentile, neither slave nor free, nor is there male and female, for you are all one in Christ Jesus.—Galatians 3:26-28
Prayer: Jesus, I find my identity in You. I rest in the confidence that comes from knowing I am accepted in You. As God’s child, I am free to love others in the family as brothers and sisters. May I reflect You more and more fully as I find my identity in You. In Your name I pray, Amen.
