The transformational journey is a lifelong journey that begins with a change of heart and leads to a changed perspective, a changed leadership process, and changed personal practice. It is lived out on a daily basis, with a sense of purpose and expectancy as the servant leader joins God in the work He is doing in the world. “Who then is the faithful and wise servant, whom the master has put in charge of the servants in his household to give them their food at the proper time? It will be good      for that servant whose master finds him doing so when he returns.—Matthew 24:45-46
Prayer: Lord, as I step into what You have for me today, help me to live in light of Your call. I want to be a faithful and wise servant whose life reveals the transformation You are working in me as I look forward to Your return. In Jesus’ name, amen.
