Person after person in Scripture was changed by an encounter with the living God. Sadly, some refused His offer of forgiveness, some hardened their hearts and some rejected the offer of a future and a hope. What about you? Have you heard His call? He offers hope to you today. Will you accept His offer to infuse your life and circumstances with His transforming presence? Will you be a life that is changed?
When Jesus saw him lying there and learned that he had been in this condition for a long time, he asked him, “Do you want to get well?”—John 5:6
Prayer: Jesus, today I hear Your question, I hear Your call. It is time for me to choose life, health, and hope. Yes, I want to get well. Yes, I want to experience Your transformation and infusion of purpose in my life. Yes, I accept Your offer. I pray in Your name, Amen.
