Who is your role model of a Christ-like servant leader? Who embodies the heart, head, hands and habits of Jesus? What can you thank God for in their example? What do you want to imitate in their faith and lifestyle? While our eyes are first to be on Jesus, men and women through the ages have followed Him, providing examples of faith and servant leadership. Circumstances and situations may change, but Jesus’ example of servant leadership is timeless.
Remember your leaders, who spoke the word of God to you. Consider the outcome of their way of life and imitate their faith. Jesus Christ is the same yesterday and today and forever.—Hebrews 13:7-8
Prayer:Â Jesus, thank You for providing a role model for all time, and thank You for the people whose faithfulness impacted my life. I want to be used by You in the same way that You used them in my life. Help me to rise to new levels of faithfulness and service in Your name, Amen.
