What is your purpose in life, your mission? Is it big enough to outlive you? A life caught up in the purposes of God will endure beyond this lifetime. Is your vision of the future restricted to your own honor and recognition? Or will your life be part of bringing God’s vision to reality? Today provides new opportunities to honor God as you live, love, and lead like Jesus. Will you honor Him for what He has already done, and trust Him to do even more this day?
To him be glory in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations, for ever and ever!  Amen.—Ephesians 3:21
Prayer: Lord, may You be honored in us today. As Your people, redeemed and reconciled through Christ Jesus, may we live to honor You. May You be able to use our lives and leadership to shine the message of who You are into the dark places of the world. May You receive even greater honor today, in Jesus’ name, Amen.
