Every leader faces hard days filled with challenging situations, decisions, and relationships. These are the times, not to give up and act out, but to dig in and call out. Call out to the Lord. Call out to friends who will stand by your side and pray with you. Commit to being who God has called you to be, a follower of Jesus, and resist the world’s temptation to abandon following His ways. Be the servant leader He calls you to be.
We sent Timothy, who is our brother and co-worker in God’s service in spreading the gospel of Christ, to strengthen and encourage you in your faith, so that no one would be unsettled by these trials. —1 Thessalonians 3:2, 3
Prayer: Jesus, thank You for the people who stand with me and encourage me when I face hard times. Thank You for answering the prayers of Your people. Strengthen me to lead like You today, I pray in Your name, Amen.
