Values-Based Partnerships

Values-Based Partnerships

The leaders of the early church faced a rapidly changing situation. In the midst of phenomenal growth, tremendous opposition and limited communication, they demonstrated focused commitment to Christ. Partnerships between the disciples and newly emerging leaders grew from shared values that provided guidance for goal setting and decision-making. What values guide your life decisions?

As for Titus, he is my partner and co-worker among you; as for our brothers, they are representatives of the churches and an honor to Christ.—2 Corinthians 8:23

Prayer: Lord Jesus, I want to be described as an honor to You by my friends and co-workers. I want to pass on Your values to my family and friends. I want to be a faithful partner to people who serve You. I want my decisions to reflect Your presence in my life. I want to be more like You today than I was yesterday. In Your name I pray, Amen.
